- Removed and replaced PCV assembly and cleared codes. Tested vehicle for proper function. Car also has another code stored in the engine control module. P06DA00: The actuation of the oil pump valve in the combustion engine has an open circuit or other electrical faults. This is another common code for this engine. I have replaced this solenoid many times. The oil pan must be removed in order to replace the solenoid valve and also the small jumper harness that goes with it. The check engine light is not on for that at the moment and that is surprising. It will let not let me clear the code. We will keep an eye on this.
